This inviting house is fully equipped with all the essentials, featuring a bright and airy great room, a well-stocked kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. Enjoy relaxing evenings on the backyard patio. Located in the well-maintained and secure Fountain of the Sun community, with access to a communal pool and lots of amenities. Pets are welcome with approval.

Garage is NOT available to guests. 2 parking spaces are available in the driveway. A representative of the owner will periodically check on cars in the garage.
